As medical doctors we’ve seen growing numbers of patients with stress, anxiety and depression over the years, now exacerbated further by the pandemic. Our own stress levels were increasing too. To help, we started practising gratitude, and encouraged family, friends and patients to join us. Within a week our wellbeing massively improved!
